Domain didn’t just need automation—they needed orchestration. Every part of the Core Residential journey, from pricing to fulfilment, was reimagined using Salesforce Media Cloud as the central coordination layer. The focus was on speed, accuracy, and long-term scalability.
We started by simplifying the sales journey. Every step from quote to fulfilment was reworked to eliminate delays, cut out manual handoffs, and make life easier for sales teams. Quoting and bundling became faster and more dynamic thanks to scalable CPQ tools and a rationalised product catalogue.
Behind the scenes, provisioning was fully automated. Salesforce now talks seamlessly to platforms like AIM, Zuora, and Domain’s Trade Platform—removing complexity and letting listings go live without friction.
And just as importantly, we didn’t just deliver a system. We enabled the Domain’s internal teams to own it. Through embedded training and knowledge-sharing, Media Cloud became something they could run and scale with confidence.
