If you follow FLO regularly, you'll know that our focus is on innovation consulting & digital transformations, with Salesforce being one of the key platforms driving our success. Since we are passionate about leading new technology trends and helping our clients with their successful implementation, it's only natural that we decided to dive into one of the latest additions in the Salesforce ecosystem – the Data Cloud. In this short blog article written by Tomas Hnizdil, our Head of Salesforce Development, and Kristyna Turner, our Engagement Manager; you can read about our journey to Poland, where we obtained certifications and reconnected with the Salesforce community.
How we became Data Whisperers: Our Salesforce Data Cloud Day Adventure in Warsaw
When you hear Warsaw, you might think of stunning architecture, rich history, or maybe even pierogi (seriously, they’re delicious). But for us, Warsaw recently meant something a little different—data (and, okay, a few pierogi). Last week, we packed our bags and set off for Salesforce Data Cloud Day, a jam-packed event that promised insights, innovation, and the chance to level up our skills.
Spoiler alert: we didn’t just attend; we aced the Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification! 🎉 And while we’re still buzzing from the thrill of it all, we wanted to share the highlights of our adventure, how Data Cloud is revolutionising customer experiences, and why this new knowledge is a game-changer for our Customer Experience team at FLO.

We arrived in Warsaw early on a crisp September morning, ready to immerse ourselves in everything Data Cloud offers. Hosted at the trendy Hala Koszyki, a vibrant venue known for its modern flair and historic charm, the Salesforce Data Cloud Day brought together over 50 people, predominantly Salesforce partners from Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). While many attendees hailed from Poland, there were also representatives from Romania, Slovakia, Czechia, the Baltics, and other regions, creating a truly regional gathering focused on pushing the boundaries of customer experience through data.
The agenda was packed, catering to both technical teams and sales professionals. The event started with a Data Cloud Certification session, where participants like us had the opportunity to formalise our expertise through a proctored exam. Later in the day, there was a technical deep dive session focusing on Data Cloud’s capabilities—offering hands-on, practical guidance for real-world applications—followed by a sales enablement session—sharing valuable insights about how Salesforce Data Cloud wins over its competitors.
But why was FLO so excited to be there? Salesforce Data Cloud is more than just a new tool in the ecosystem—it’s a game-changer. Unifying customer data from various sources in real-time allows companies to deliver truly personalised and seamless experiences. As a company passionate about customer experience, FLO knew that mastering Data Cloud would enable us to offer even more value to our clients, helping them make data-driven decisions and unlock the full potential of their customer interactions.
So, why should anyone be interested in using Salesforce Data Cloud?
Seamless Integration: Allows easy data ingestion from (nearly) any platform, providing more than 200 existing connectors.
Unified customer data: Aggregates data from multiple sources for a 360-degree customer view.
Real-time insights: Enables instant personalisation and reactions, improving customer engagement and satisfaction
One Platform: Connects with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) to automate workflows and leverage AI-driven insights.
Enhanced marketing: Personalizes campaigns based on behaviour, increasing marketing ROI and reducing acquisition costs
Scalable and secure: Manages large-scale data with a flexible, secure infrastructure.
It wasn’t just about certifications and training, though. The day was also designed to foster meaningful connections, with plenty of opportunities for networking and knowledge-sharing. And, of course, we ended the day with some drinks and informal chats, building relationships that we know will continue to drive innovation across the CEE region.
Our special thanks go to Pamela Hetmaniok, Salesforce Alliances & Channel Leader CEE, and the whole CEE Salesforce team for organising the event.
