The most complex Salesforce implementation in Czech retail. FLO and BENU adopt data-driven communication to drive retail innovation

Prague, August 12, 2025 – Digital consulting company FLO and pharmacy chain BENU Czech Republic have started cooperation on the implementation of the Salesforce platform, which will help BENU better understand the needs of its customers, simplify communication and tailor services to each client. This is the first-ever Salesforce implementation of this scale and complexity in the Czech Republic. The project includes, among other things, tools for targeted marketing communication, digital customer support and loyalty points management.

We believe that this implementation of Salesforce will lead to increased satisfaction of our clients and strengthen our ability to provide services at the highest level," says Michaela Táborská, Marketing Director of BENU.

The system will also allow for better integration of all channels through which BENU communicates with its customers. This allows the company to offer people relevant services and information exactly when they need them. It doesn't matter whether a person is shopping in a brick-and-mortar pharmacy, online or needs help from customer support.

Retail transformation built on data and loyalty

FLO will provide a comprehensive platform implementation, which begins with a detailed analysis and solution design, continues with the implementation of five Salesforce products (Data Cloud, Loyalty Management, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud Engagement and Personalisation) and ends with after-sales support. Loyalty Management is a tool that allows companies to create and manage loyalty programs directly in the Salesforce environment, with an emphasis on personalisation, monitoring customer behaviour and increasing loyalty. For BENU, this is a significant step in the digitalisation and modernisation of Czech retail.

The collaboration between FLO and BENU began in May 2025, with the solution design phase currently underway. Given the high complexity of the project and its significant business impact, the entire project will be implemented over 12–18 months, with features being released gradually.
